What is the RecruitIT time clock?

RecruitIT - Werknemers is our mobile time clock app. Your employees open the app, clock in at the start of their shift and clock out when they're done. The registered hours are automatically synchronised with the RecruitIT platform, ensuring your payroll calculations are always based on accurate data.

Time registration becomes mandatory in Belgium

Based on a ruling by the European Court of Justice (2019) and its transposition into Belgian law, all employers in Belgium must provide an objective, reliable and accessible time registration system from 1 January 2027. This applies to both the private and public sector, regardless of company size.
